Doctors and nurses call customers one by one through the system in an orderly manner, which not only standardizes the order of physical examination, improves the environment, but also modernizes and informationalizes the management of the physical examination center.
The design of the system can be organically combined with physical examination management software, and the system also has room for expansion and updating for third party systems, such as WeChat, APP, Alipay and other service platforms.

2.1 queue number
A self-service number pick-up machine is installed at the entrance of the physical examination hall. When the guest arrives in the hall, the system will print out a number list automatically by clicking on the corresponding area button according to the classification of the business. The information such as the specific service category, service number, relevant prompts and the time of taking the number will be clearly printed out on the list.
According to the window business classification of the physical examination center, a number of queuing buttons can be set up, such as: the day of physical examination registration, medical appointment registration, medical examination business consultation, medical examination report collection, etc.
2.2 guest waiting for call
Guests come to the waiting area according to the serial number list prompt, find a seat, pay attention to the waiting area display terminal dynamics. When the system calls its own number, the number will be displayed on the display terminal, and at the same time issued a "please do 15 to 03 window" sound to remind the guest. After showing the terminal tips and voice prompts, visitors can go to the corresponding window.
2.3 staff call
After the staff go to work, press the "Shun Hou" button on the caller, the queuing system will automatically call in order, and the message of the caller will be displayed on the indicator screen. At the same time, the voice "Ding Dong, XXXX please go to the X window for processing" will be issued.
The staff can check how many other guests are waiting for the inspection. If the selected guests do not come to handle business in time, the staff can press the "call back" button of the caller again to urge the guest to do so.
Once a guest completes, press the "hello" again, and the system automatically calls the next guest. At this point, the call operation for a guest is over. |
