As one of the ten indicators of China's public finance construction index, the performance improvement index summarizes the public satisfaction with nine public services through a questionnaire, which reflects the public's subjective evaluation of public services.
Since 2008, public satisfaction with compulsory education ranked first in nine public services for five consecutive years, with a score of 69.34 in 2012, according to the report. In 2007, the ranking of compulsory education was fourth.

In 2009, the index rose to seventh place, and rose to sixth in 2010. In 2011 and 2012, the index rose to fourth place.
Public satisfaction with municipal infrastructure such as tap water, electricity, gas, municipal roads and public infrastructure such as railways, airports and highways was high. In 2007, the two ranked the top two, followed by compulsory education in 2008-2012, ranking second and third. (finish) |
